It’s time to step into your power: Your tarot forecast for the week of April 11, 2016

StrengthThe Strength card showed up for this week’s tarot forecast, and with the Moon in its waxing phase – meaning it’s gaining power – and Saturn in retrograde, I feel like it’s an ideal time to work through any ambitious but challenging areas.

Saturn’s retrograde is pushing us to commit to our plans and work through our goals in a sustainable way. It doesn’t accept chaos, disorganization, or scattered energy, so if you are struggle with getting an area of your life on track, you might experience extra pressure to get it sorted out throughout the next few months.

This might feel uncomfortable; Saturn’s influence can be like that, because it really makes us do the work that’s required in order to put up a sound, solid structure for ourselves. Saturn is a tough teacher, but in the end our best interests always come out on top.

But with the Sun still in Aries and the Moon’s power growing, there is a lot of positive, proactive energy available out there to help us all push towards our goals.

And the Strength card works so well here because this card acts like your own personal cheerleader, edging you on, saying, “Keep going. You can do this.”

Strength often shows up at times when we might doubt or question our abilities. This card’s message is quite straightforward: It says there is no reason to doubt yourself. Whatever you are working towards, you can make it happen.

Just keep going.

So decide that this is the week you are going to step into your power. If you do feel you need more structure or stability somewhere in your life, now is the time to change it. We’re not talking about quick fixes or overnight answers; just start somewhere, and trust that little by little, change will take hold.

Here’s a mantra for you to work with throughout the week:

I am ready to embrace my full power and full potential. My strength comes from within, and even when I don’t have all the answers, I know I will find a way to overcome any obstacles.

Have a great week!

Until next time,
