How excited was I to see the Ace of Wands come up for this week’s forecast? This is one of my favourite tarot cards: It represents illumination, creative inspiration, and new ideas.
It’s so fitting for this to be the card that showed up for today’s New Moon in Aries. The Moon will move into the sign of Aries just minutes after this message lands in your inbox, and the Moon will enter its new cycle at 10:57pm EST tonight. The Moon will stay in Aries until Wednesday morning, which gives us all a bit of time to work with this exciting new energy.
What’s so exciting about it? Because this is the first New Moon of spring. We are already in a time where new growth and opportunity are waiting to sprout. And in the action-oriented sign of Aries, this a New Moon where anything can happen.
An Aries New Moon is an incredible time to boost your confidence.
How would you like to be stronger?
Where do you find yourself hesitating?
What would you do if only you had a little bit more confidence?
Aries doesn’t wait for its power to grow. It doesn’t wait for permission. It doesn’t wait for “the right time” because it knows the only time is NOW.
The Ace of Wands signifies creative breakthroughs. Remember that when I talk about creativity, I’m not just talking about art, but everything: Every decision you make helps to shape and create your reality.
What would you like to create for yourself between now and next spring? What would you do if nothing was stopping you?
What might happen if you took a step in that direction anyway, regardless of any real or potential blocks?
Aries doesn’t wait for anything. This New Moon gives us all the opportunity to decide to do the same.
What will you move towards?
Here’s a mantra you can use throughout the week to help you stay focused:
The only time is now. I am ready.
If it helps, here is a tarot spread you can try at home. And remember, if you want some guidance and clarity around where you can focus your time, attention, and energy in the months to come, I’m available for private readings.
1. What is it time for me to begin?
2. What fear must I leave behind in order to do this?
3. How can I cultivate deeper confidence?
4. What can no longer hold me back?
Until next time,
