What to do when you don’t know what you want

“I wish I was one of those people who know exactly what they want.”

Have you ever heard yourself saying this?

Not knowing what you should be focusing on right now, what decisions to make, or even what you’re interested in can start to feel like a major block.

Sometimes the issue is that you find yourself paralyzed by choice, seeing so many possibilities for yourself but not knowing which one is right for you, or whether it’s the right time to make a decision.

Other times you might feel disengaged or uninterested. Life can be busy and hectic. It can feel like you need to fight for your own downtime. Rest and reflection are highly undervalued in our world, and that takes a serious toll on your mind, body, and spirit.

It’s one of the reasons you can start to lose touch with yourself. When that happens, you start to forget what you want, what you like, and who you are.

When you don’t know what you want, one thing that has always helped me is to look to the cycles of the Moon.

Every lunar cycle focuses on a different area of life, and every New Moon offers a new beginning around a specific focus.

If you follow the Moon month after month, you end up being guided by its natural rhythms as they help you focus on living a well-rounded life.

There are times to connect with your health, relationships, work, financial stability, creativity, and more. Amazing, right?

So when you’re not sure what to focus on, but you know you need to be doing something, look to the Moon for guidance, focus, and inspiration.

If you are ready to gain clarity over your personal path, let me guide you through the process with my New Moon Meditations, specifically designed to help you create the life you want to be living.

These meditations come with a downloadable workbook that will tell you everything you need to make the most out of this work.

Until next time,
